Hoggstowne Express

Another idea I'd like to explore is the possibility of a station for the 'Hoggstowne Express'. It'd be little more than an area in front of a door that claims to lead to the railway platform. There could be luggage and travel chests/trunks emblazoned with the Hoggstowne crest sitting about, as if waiting to be loaded, or were just unloaded. We could post schedules of arrivals/departures - all of them either a day before or behind the event, lol. We could even have train sounds and/or a conductor walking about.

I love it too. Throwing this out there for budgetary consideration: renting a moving truck for a prop heavy event.

I agree Mia. Rent a truck big enough to move everything in one go, but honestly, we probably won't have that much, but enough to justify a truck.

Someone had the idea of having ticket stubs laying around the entrance of the train 'platform.' It's a good idea; they could be printed off on thicker stock paper and I bet most would end up as souvenirs for attendees.

We also needs signs designating the stop as 'Tempor Alley' and a 'Platform 9 2/5' somewhere about. A hanging round clock seems to be present at most railway stations. We'll also need a row of seats or benches where it looks as though people might sit while waiting for the train.
